Frequently asked questions about theory tests, logging in and using bil-teori.no can be found here. Contact us if you can’t find the answer.

If you have purchased access, you must log in to access our theory tests. Here’s how:

  1. Go here: www.bil-teori.no/my-account
  2. There you log in with your email address and password.
  3. Press

If this recipe doesn’t work, it may help to press Refresh in your browser (or the F5 button on a PC or cmd+R on a Mac) when you are at each of the 3 points above. This may solve the problem if the browser has crashed.

If you’re using an Apple product (iPhone, iPad, Safari) you may need to make a small change to your settings. It’s an easy fix, and you can find the recipe here.

If none of this helps, please contact us via email or Facebook. Please provide the following:

  • What device you are trying to access (PC, Mac, mobile phone/tablet [model name])
  • What procedure did you use?
  • Please send screenshots of the problem.

The free test always has the same 10 questions. In the paid tests, however, you get several hundred questions that are randomly drawn from our database. Each test consists of 45 random questions. This means that some questions may appear several times when you practice. This is an advantage – the more often you see the same questions, the easier it is to remember the correct answers.

Once you have filled in your details in the checkout, press ‘Send order’. You will then be forwarded to the payment window, where you can choose between card payment and Vipps. Select Vipps, enter your phone number and press ‘Continue’. You will then receive a message in the Vipps app on your phone. Approve the payment there – and then you will immediately have access to the theory tests.

This is a standard status, but it does not mean that the payment is being processed. It means that the payment has been completed and that you can start practicing our theory tests. If you experience any problems with access, just contact us – we will help you.

You can pay by card (Visa or Mastercard) or with Vipps. You simply choose your payment method on the checkout page.
